✦•·······································•✦•·······································•✦• All commissions are for PERSONAL use by default.• For commercial work, there will be an additional charge of +50% of original price.• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character's design.• I have the right to decline a commission if it does not fit my working style.• I may use commissioned pieces as my future sample work or post on social medias, please do let me know if you are uncomfortable with that.• You may post commissioned pieces on your social media or use them as profile pictures (credits are greatly appreciated).• STRICTLY DO NOT feed my art to any form of ai program.• Please do not make physical copies or profit out of the commissioned pieces without my permission.

PAYMENT

• All payment are in USD using stripe or paypal.• For locals (Malaysians), I accept payment through TnG or Bank Transfer.• Full payment must be paid upfront to secure a slot.• For waitlists, a deposit of 50% is required to secure a slot.• No refunds can be made once I started working on it.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

• After submitting my commission form, I will contact you within 2-3 days for confirmation.• Please check your DMs and actively communicate with me as if I don't get a reply within a week, I have the right to decline your request.• After confirmation of your commission, full payment has to be made.• Final piece will be sent over to you as PNG file via email.• There is no binding deadline unless previously agreed upon.• Commissions will roughly take around 2 weeks to few months to complete (not more than 3 months).
